Eastside Lane Rehabilitation Project Phase 2
Eastside Lane will be rehabilitated from Highway 395 to Offal Road and from Cunningham Lane to Topaz Lane. Full depth reclamation will be utilized to rehabilitate the road.
Drainage / culvert replacement work was completed on Eastside Lane from June 25th through July 1, 2024 in preparation for road rehabilitation. Road rehabilitation will begin in the last two weeks of August and continue through early October 2024. Asphalt paving will begin after the Labor Day holiday.
Eastside Lane will remain open during construction with temporary traffic control in-place for the duration of the project. Flaggers with pilot car will be directing traffic at one-lane closure locations. Minor delays for motorists should be expected. Access to existing residences / driveways will be maintained during construction, however when the lane immediately adjacent to your driveway is paved, the new asphalt will need to cool for a couple hours prior to driving on the surface.
Access to the Walker Landfill Transfer Station will be available during construction. Accessing the landfill from Cunningham Lane will bypass the construction work and allow access without any construction delay.
Construction work will be performed between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
