The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide comprehensive human resources services, leadership, and guidance that supports organizational effectiveness for an outstanding workforce.

The Department’s vision is to create a culture that fosters employee excellence; consistently considers the needs of the organization and the workforce; and to be a trusted strategic partner, and leader and expert in public sector human resources management.
