MHSA FY 20-23 Three-Year Plan and 21-22 Annual Update: Public Hearing & Behavioral Health Advisory Board

Calendar Date:
Monday, June 14, 2021 - 3:00pm

Every year, Mono County Behavioral Health completes a Community Planning Process and a Local Review Period for its Mental Health Services Act Plans and Updates. Through this process, MCBH staff and other stakeholders developed the FY 2020-2023 Three-Year Plan and 2021-2022 MHSA Annual Update. Beginning May 14, 2021 we will invite the public to review the plan and provide comments on the proposed services and activities.

These plans may be found by visiting monocounty.ca.gov/mhsa between May 14 - June 13, 2021. You can submit comments by emailing Amanda Greenberg at agreenberg@mono.ca.gov, by calling 760-924-1754, or by attending a public meeting on June 14 from 3:00-4:30 pm via Zoom (https://monocounty.zoom.us/j/7609241741). The public comment period will be open until June 13, 2021. This meeting will be combined with a meeting of the Behavioral Health Advisory Board.

The mission of the Behavioral Health Advisory Board (BHAB) is to support individuals by promoting recovery, self-determination, and wellness in all aspects of life. The Board advises and evaluates the various functions and policies of the Behavioral Health Department that are under the direction of the Behavioral Health Director and jurisdiction of the Mono County Board of Supervisors (BOS).
