Foro Latino- Art Wellness Night!

Mono Lake Room at the Civic Center, 1290 Tavern Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546.
Relax, create, and connect at our Art Wellness Night! Join MCBH and Mono Arts Council for a relaxing evening of art, self-expression, and community connection. No art experience needed, materials are provided. Come enjoy a calm, creative space designed for self-care and connection.

Mono County Behavioral Health invites you to participate in an engaging Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training led by Susi Bains. This session will strengthen your ability to support those facing mental health challenges by helping you:
• Recognize risk factors and warning signs
• Respond effectively in crisis and non-crisis situations
• Connect individuals to appropriate resources
