As authorized by Governor Newsom’s Executive Order, N-29-20, dated March 17, 2020, the meeting will be held via teleconferencing with members of the Committee attending from separate remote locations. This altered format is in observance of recent recommendations by local officials that certain precautions be taken, including social distancing, to address the threat of COVID-19.

Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s Officer, in order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, please note the following:
1. There is no physical location of the meeting open to the public. You are strongly encouraged to observe the live stream of the Treasury Oversight Committee meetings via https://monocounty.zoom.us/j/99594191426 or Call in at 1-669-900-6833 or 1-346-248-7799 Meeting ID: 995 9419 1426
2. If you wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item before the meeting, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 p.m. on the day prior to the meeting. Please submit your comment to firstname.lastname@example.org. Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record, but comments longer than 250 words may not be read due to time limitations. All comments will be made a part of the record. Please make sure to submit a separate email for each item that you wish to comment upon.
3. If you are watching the live stream of the meeting and wish to make either a general public comment or to comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard, please use the Zoom Chat or submit your comment, limited to 250 words or less, to email@example.com. Pursuant to Government Code § 27130-27137, The Mono County Board of Supervisors passed a Resolution establishing The County Treasury Oversight Committee. The function of The Committee is to “promote the public interest by involving depositors in the management of their funds and by enhancing the security and investment return on their funds by providing a more stable and predictable balance for investment by establishing criteria for the withdrawal of funds”.
