If you love the mountains and want to help people, join the team – The Mono County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue (SAR) team!

The SAR team annual recruitment will take place on Wednesday, March 19th, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., at the SAR building located at the corner of southbound Hwy 203 and Meridian Blvd (next to the Mammoth Community Water District – simply follow the signs and the cones). This is the perfect opportunity to meet current team members, tour the SAR building, see what equipment is utilized by  the team, and get all the information you need on this dynamic all-volunteer team.
