Board of Supervisors
Regular Meetings: The First, Second, and Third Tuesday of each month.
As authorized by Governor Newsom’s Executive Order, N-25-20, dated March 12, 2020, the meeting will be held via teleconferencing with members of the Board attending from separate remote locations. The meeting will be livecast from the following location: 437 Old Mammoth Rd., Suite Z, Mammoth Lakes, CA., 93546, and a teleconference location at the Mono County Courthouse, Board Chambers 2nd Floor, 278 Main St., Bridgeport, CA., 93517, where members of the public shall have the right to observe and offer public comment. This altered format is in observance of recent recommendations by local officials that certain precautions be taken, including social distancing, to address the threat of COVID-19.
Important Notice to the Public Regarding COVID-19 Based on guidance from the California Department of Public Health and the California Governor’s Officer, in order to minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus, please note the following:
1. You are strongly encouraged to observe the live stream of the Board of Supervisors meetings at http://monocounty.granicus.com/MediaPlayer.php?publish_id=759e238f-a489-40a3-ac0e-a4e4ae90735d
2. If you choose not to attend the Board of Supervisors meeting but wish to make a comment on a specific agenda item, please submit your comment via email by 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to the Board meeting. Please submit your comment to the Deputy Clerk of the Board Scheereen Dedman at email@example.com. Your comment will be placed into the record at the Board meeting.
3. If you are watching the live stream of the Board meeting and wish to make either a general public comment or to comment on a specific agenda item as it is being heard, please submit your comment, limited to 250 words or less, to the Deputy Clerk of the Board Scheereen Dedman at firstname.lastname@example.org. Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record, but some comments may not be read due to time limitations. Comments received after an agenda item will be made part of the record if received prior to the end of the meeting.
4. If you attend the Board of Supervisors meeting in person, you will be required to maintain appropriate social distancing, i.e., maintain a 6-foot distance between yourself and other individuals.
