Rush Creek Project - Initial Study Report Meeting, November 9, 2023

Dear Rush Creek Hydroelectric Relicensing Project (Rush Creek Project) Stakeholders,

You are invited to attend the Rush Creek Project Initial Study Report (ISR) meeting on November 9, 2023. The meeting is tentatively scheduled for 5:30pm-8:00pm at the June Lake Community Center.

The purpose of the meeting will be to review and discuss the overall progress in implementation of the study plans, including data collected to date, any deviations in technical approaches or schedules, and a proposed schedule for completion of the remaining study plan components. The meeting presentation will also include a description of any proposed modifications to the approved studies or new studies proposed by SCE in accordance with FERC Regulation 5.15(c)(1) and (2).

Southern California Edison (SCE) is exploring the potential for successfully organizing the meeting with a virtual attendance option for stakeholders unable to attend in-person. Alternatively, if only a few stakeholders are likely to attend in-person SCE may organize a virtual-only meeting.

Please respond to this email as soon as possible, and no later than the end of day on Friday October 6 if you are planning to attend the meeting in-person or would prefer a virtual meeting.
