Regional Transportation Plan
The draft 2024 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is available for review. The October 7, 2024, draft is available in both a track changes/redline version that indicates the proposed changes as well as a clean version - please see the attached files below. The current 2019 RTP and the previous 2015 RTP are also available.
The current draft does not include the appendices. These are still under revision and will be released separately later this week.
The Local Transportation Commission expects to review and discuss the draft 2024 RTP in a workshop at their October 28, 2024, meeting at 9:00 am in the Mono County Civic Center, Mono Lake Room (1st Floor), 1290 Tavern Road, Mammoth Lakes, California. A teleconference site will be available in Bridgeport.

The draft 2024 Regional Transportation Plan updated appendices, available in both track changes (redline) and clean formats, are attached below. Appendices F (Mono County Blueprint), G (Mono County Trails Plan) and H (Mono County Bikeway Plan) are attached as separate files. The final approved document will include all appendices in a single document with updated page numbers.
