DEBRIS REMOVAL UPDATE
As of this week, Cal OES has reported that all debris has been removed from the ground, and all tree work has been completed. The next steps are finalizing soil sampling and erosion control. In total, 42 properties have been returned to Mono County. Of those 42, 18 have been returned to property owners, and at least five more will be returned today.
MOUNTAIN VIEW FIRE STAFF OFFICE HOURS
In an effort to address particular property owner and Mountain View Fire victim issues, concerns, and questions, Mary Booher will be holding the following Office Hours at the Walker Senior Center over the next several weeks:
- Monday 06/07: 4pm - 6pm
- Thursday 06/10: 10am - 12pm
- Monday 06/14: 4pm - 6pm
- Thursday 06/17: 10am - 12pm
- Monday 06/21: 4pm - 6pm
- Thursday 06/24: 10am - 12pm
- Monday 06/28: 4pm - 6pm
All COVID-19 public health protocols will be followed, and masks are required. While walk-ins are welcome, specific appointments can be made by contacting Mary Booher at mbooher@mono.ca.gov.
