RIGHT-OF-ENTRY (ROE) FORM

The Right-of-Entry (ROE) form is now live on the MVF Portal.  This form MUST be completed in order to participate in the state-funded debris removal and cleanup process.  The form can be accessed here.  A document outlining the details of the form can be accessed here.

The form can be filled out and submitted online.  In addition, hard copies are available at the Walker General Store, or outside of the Career Center/Mono County Social Services Office located at 107384 US Hwy 395.  Completed forms can be submitted via the drop-slot at this location.
