Home Buyers Assistance Program in Mono County

Dear Partners,

I am writing because we have a down payment assistance program available in Mono County! This is available for first-time homebuyers who would like to purchase a home in the unincorporated area.

Unfortunately, a lot of times, our clients wait until they feel financially “comfortable” to apply but then they are over-income. I would like to make sure that your clients and employees are aware of this opportunity.

The current income limits are as follows:

1 person-$44,200

2 people-$50,500

3 people-$56,800

4 people-$63,100
