CANCELATION OF CHIP WORKSHOPS: March 23/24
In light of the current coronavirus situation, we are canceling the Community Health Improvement Plan workshops scheduled for next week. Please note, if you have a moment of time, please take a look at the attached Excel spreadsheet, which has a tab for each of the 4 priority areas. If you are able to review and provide notes in the Goal and Actions Taken column for any strategies your agency has been part of, it would be greatly appreciated!
