Lauren Ryerson, Deputy District Attorney
Lauren Ryerson graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2014 and passed the bar that fall. During law school, Lauren interned at the California Supreme Court for Justice Ming Chin and went to Geneva, Switzerland to the United Nations to lobby for higher international standards for juveniles involved in the criminal justice system. Before joining the District Attorney’s Office in 2023, Lauren was a criminal defense attorney and tried over 25 cases to verdict. As a Deputy District Attorney, Lauren works with the Sexual Assault Response Team and handles the juvenile cases.
Lauren loves living in the Eastern Sierra where she raises her family and enjoys all that our beautiful nature has to offer. It is a community that she is honored to serve.
