Lot Line Adjustment

A Lot Line Adjustment (LLA) is the process of moving property lines between two or more adjacent parcels, where the number of lots does not change.

The end of a calendar year is popular for recording LLAs due to payment of two tax installments versus three. In order to allow staff a reasonable amount of time to process, review, and verify the information required for LLAs, applications received after October 1, may not be accepted and/or processed by December 31.
