Land Development Technical Advisory Committee (LDTAC)

The LDTAC, which is comprised of representatives from Public Works, Community Development (Building, Planning and Compliance) and Environmental Health, provides technical review and recommendations on land development projects. Its purposes include coordination among County departments, efficient and timely permit processing, and informing applicants of County requirements early in the development review process.

Meeting Time: The Mono County Land Development Technical Advisory Committee meets the first and third Mondays of each month.

Location:  Note, there is a video conference between these two locations during meetings.
