Clarification regarding the October 21, 2025, Board of Supervisor's meeting on the proposed Short-Term Rental Policy Package: Due to a new state law requiring a 20-day notice prior to a public hearing for a zoning ordinance, the Short-Term Rental Policy Package including amendments to the General Plan and Mono County Code will be conducted as a workshop with an option to adopt a Resolution to allow short-term rentals at the Interlaken condominium complex in June Lake. As such, the Board of Supervisors may take action on short-term rental policies specifically at Interlaken.

The public hearing to potentially adopt the General Plan and County Code amendments will be held on November 18, 2025, no earlier than 9:00 am, in the Mono Lake Room of the Mono County Civic Center at 1290 Tavern Road, Mammoth Lakes.
