Good afternoon,

The Public Health Division of Health and Human Services is currently conducting a Community Health Assessment to help us better understand and meet community needs.

As part of the data collection phase of this project, we will be holding community listening sessions throughout the county where residents can share their experiences, needs, and priorities to better inform our plans for the future.

Food and drinks will be provided along with a chance to win a $50 gift card. I have attached the full schedule.
