Attached is a flier with some basic information on the CalHome Program that MLH is currently administering in Mono County.

Funds are available now for:

Mortgage Assistance
ADU Loans
Rehab Loans

The program serves households earning below 80% of the Area Median Income. At this time, I have not had a lot of traction asking the State if we can serve higher incomes due to the disaster declaration.
