D&S Waste Transfer Facility

The proposal will create a waste transfer station at 7937 Hwy 167 in the Mono Basin (APN 013-210-028). The property is designated Resource Management (RM), but is proposing to change to Industrial (I) under a General Plan Amendment to accommodate the proposed uses.
