Withdrawal of Signature for Recall Petition

On April 26, 2021, the California Secretary of State verified that a sufficient number of valid signatures had been reached in the recall of Governor Gavin Newsom.  Any registered voter in Mono County who signed the petition may withdraw their signature on or before June 8, 2021.  Withdrawal of signatures must be in writing.  If you wish to withdraw your signature, you may do so by completing a Withdrawal from Recall Petition Form.

You may return the form by either mailing it to our office or sending it via email or fax.  Please note that we must have completed forms in our office by 5:00 p.m. on June 8, 2021 – postmarks are not accepted.
