What
In recognition of Mental Health Month in May and the one-year anniversary of the Covid pandemic, Mono Arts Council, Mono County Libraries, and Mono County Behavioral Health invite you to participate in this community art show. This virtual art show is a way for our community to engage in the restorative and uplifting process of making art while coming together to "Let It Go."
There are three ways to contribute:
1. Submit a photo of your art using the link below. Your art will be included in our virtual show on May 21st!
2. Artwork drop box - you are able to create a drawing, poem, writing, etc and drop your expression into one of the boxes located next to our community chalkboards. We will scan it in for our virtual art show!
3. Community Chalkboard - Draw or write wherever your heart takes you! We will snap one photo of the board from a distance once per week. This photo will be included in the virtual art show. This option is ideal if you'd prefer to stay anonymous.
Chalkboards and Drop Boxes will be placed in the following locations by mid-April:
Mono Arts Council
Coleville Library
Bridgeport Library
June Lake Library
Benton Library
Lee Vining Library
