Dear all:

During the last several months, Mono County has experienced several sudden deaths, and five suicides.  These events have left many in our community reeling with grief, and lost as to how to process and what to do to take care of themselves, their friends and family.  Your Behavioral Health department has taken on the task to create community events to address:  what to do now?  What does “complicated/complex grief” look like?  How do I talk to someone who is struggling?  What is available for me/others?
