STOTT PILATES® MATWORK

Instructor:  Tessa Coker

Classic Pilates matwork with a contemporary twist.  Mobilize, lengthen and strengthen the whole body with emphasis on core stability. 

 *Must bring your own mat.

NORDIC WALKING FOR HEALTH AND FITNESS

Instructor:  Suzanne Nottingham

Learn to use specially designed poles to enhance dynamic balance, cardiovascular health, spine health, multi joint functional strength, coordination, sensory acuity and durations of excursions.  

*LEKI Nordic Poles provided but if you have your own poles, please bring them.

BODY SKILLS:  TRAINING FOR SKIING

The primary components of this class are balance, stability, coordination and subtle strength and flexibility.  Gentle non-impact training, no strain full body fitness experience.  All fitness levels are welcome.

Yin Yoga, a passive pratice, focuses on opening the hip joints and spine for increased range of motion and more effective movement.
